3rd ICCBH International Achondroplasia Workshop | ERN BOND

An ICCBH 2024 pre-conference workshop will be held on June 22, 2024 (Salzburg, Austria). This event will focus on "Pathologies of the long bones in children with achondroplasia".

The "achondroplasia working group", made up of clinicians, researchers, specialists and representatives of people with this condition, has organized an important programme that will explore what is known about the underlying pathophysiology and treatment of appendicular skeletal pathology. The aim is also to debate the pros and cons of bone lengthening in people with this condition, hearing positions for and against this procedure.

The event is organized by the International Society for Children's Bone Health and ERN BOND, with the participation of the ANDO, BKMF and AISAC associations.
